How do I report inappropriate behavior?
You can report a user directly from their profile or chat by tapping the menu (three dots) and selecting "Report User". All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
To block a user, go to their chat or profile, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Block User". Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at support@known.app with your account email address. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
How does matching work?
Known uses a thoughtful compatibility system. Answer questions about your values, communication style, and life goals. When you and another person both swipe right on each other's profiles, you'll get a match! You can then start chatting and getting to know each other.
